My mind always trying to get me to identify with the ego

Ego....yuck

What is your greatest extravagance?
3 hours to myself a day....an hour to read, an hour to exercise and an hour to meditate...if your a mamma or a daddy you know what and extravigance 3 hours to yourself is :o)

What is your favorite journey?
This trip Im on right now ;o)

What do you consider the most over-rated virtue?
the word virtue, in itself

On what occasion do you lie?
When I don't want to hurt someone :o(

What do you dislike most about your appearance?
My wrinkle in between my eyes on my forhead....it shows that I've worried a bit to much the last 31 years.

That negative chick in my head that likes to pretend shes me from time to time.....

Thats not ok....Im a behavior therapist :o)

What is your greatest regret?
Not marrying my first love when I was 18.....hes not the same person anymore...so I guess its not the greatest failure of my life

What or who is the greatest love of your life?
Sky....my first love. :o)

Which talent would you most like to have?
The ability to sing....without making people cry :o) (not the good kind of crying)

What is your current state of mind?
Sleepy happy

If you could change one thing about your family, what would it be?
They would be closer to me

What do you consider your greatest achievement?
By far being a mamma. That beautiful baby has made me into someone that Im so proud of.....ahhhh love him so much. He makes me the person I have always wanted to be.

If you could choose what to come back as, what would it be?
A weaping willow tree.....so big, so beautiful, so present

My book collection

Thinking that anything outside of your perfect self can bring you happiness. Its all inside you!!

Hawaii or Austria

Yoga instructor and behavior therapist :o)

When ever someone describes me they say "The little one with the little voice"

Ahhhh.....I love you guys.....love a kind heart....beautiful soulful eyes.....worn out hands....sense of humor....Do I have to pick just 1?
