A person that is non-judgmental is very easy to be around. You don't feel like you have to live up to a certain standard to be in their space as well as not having to listen to them complain about everyone and everything that comes into their lives.
A person that takes care of them-self emotionally is someone who is very easy to be around...someone who is not looking to you for their happiness, security or sense of self. A person with a sense of humor is a blast to be around...we can all use more laughs in this world. A person with similar interests is pretty easy to be around. Someone who is loving, supportive and encouraging...

I have been surrounding myself with more and more people like this these days and I will tell you that life is a whole lot easier when your team is positive :o)
